Maybe we could breed horses intensively, feed them on seaweed so the
fuel doesn't require acres of land valuable for growing food crops, and
put them on treadmills in equine power stations?

A couple of million horses doing 12 hour shifts should equal one nuke,
what would be the FIT rate?
