The HP100 is a portable inkjet printer, not a laser printer. Try
again on the model number.

For multi page feed problems, clean or replace the pickup roller and
separation pad. Also, watch out for printing on "used" paper. The
ink on the back tends to make the pages stick together and feed en
masse.
