Hmm, I'm halfway through the download and it has been maybe 2 minutes.
My download rate is 2.46mbps.

UPDATE: The download was a bust. It never finished. I'm trying
again now, but it isn't showing any initial pages yet. I think
there's something wrong with the file, Ig.

Hmm ... wget is predicting about 8 minutes on a T1 connection.
I'll go play a game while that is downloading to see whether what I get
is readable.

O.K. 292 pages, with all that I (randomly) checked readable, so
the file is not bad at all.
