Me neither. I'll call them on Monday (they're not open weekends).

Also, they claim there is a PTC in series with the secondary to prevent
overload damage.
PTCs self reset once they cool down.

It has had plenty of time to cool down!
I think the burnt plastic smell gives me a clue.
