Nice use of a barbeque stand. Where do you barbeque now?

I'm a real man now. I just hold the hot coals in my right hand, and hold
the steaks over it with my left. I open or close my right hand to vary the
heat between low, medium and high. I don't like the low setting though - it
makes my finger tips warm when I close my hand up that way...
