I'm sure there are eligible voters without ID. OTOH, since getting an ID
is nothing particularly complicated or expensive, if they want one
they'll get it. If they can't do that, I doubt they would be able to
remember who they were told to vote for anyway.

On the third hand, since all we get to vote for are the clowns offered
as Dems or Reps by the oligarchy, it won't make that much difference.
