Heh! I have a business acquaintance who found a Scottish Engine House
for sale in Rock Hill, NC. He and one other helper rebuilt it with only
hand tools, moving three-ton stones back into place (some of them 30'
up!) and grouting them.

Then, he converted the whole of it into a "Mystical Wedding Chapel".

No... he didn't trash the steam engine. It's re-assembled elsewhere as a
display.
