There's about a zillion names on those asian import lathes. All about
the same, IMHO. Tell your friend its a work in progress, with some
tweaking it will likely meet his needs.

Now for you and I, that have used REAL AMERICAN IRON, we wouldn't be
caught dead hauling this thing to the trash heap.
