Indeed it is. Very much of a skill..and it can be a high dollar one at
that.

Yep, heard of a guy who was buying stuff for a dollar and selling
it for two dollars, sometimes three. He said it was amazing how that
one to two percent markup really added up.
I decided not to enlighten him...
