Yep.

It's fraud we're talking about - not a mistake.

Its only fraud by the supplier, not Findus etc.

I just don’t believe that an operation like Findus
deliberately used horse meat instead of beef.

They chose the supplier - presumably on cost grounds. So it is up to them
to make sure their standards are complied to.
