I doubt it. Using a different meat isnt the
same thing as confusing meat and pasta etc.

It's fraud we're talking about - not a mistake.

Its only fraud by the supplier, not Findus etc.

I just don’t believe that an operation like Findus
deliberately used horse meat instead of beef.
