government and violence is growing by leaps and bounds to the point where
the UK is now the violence capital of Europe and more violent than the US,
EVEN when you include the small number of thugs in the US responsible for
most violent crime.

1% of the population is locked up in the USA.
The most criminal society in the world. Without moral values.
And still we have school massacres.
Presumably even more need to be locked up?
Ten times as many out on parole/supervision orders.
