OK for fog; not OK for blizzard.


Why so? You are just as likely to get smashed in low visibility in a
blizzard as in a fog..
Of course plow berms, etc may prevent getting off the road.

How are you going to keep from freezing to death in a howling 50 MPH
wind at -4F if you get out of your car? And how are you going to get
OFF the road in the first place if there is a snow-plow ridge 5 feet
high on each side of the road??

Think about it. Then think again and consider your answer.
