Yep, far to common in my sector for people to work 12 hr days 5, or
even 6, days/week.


I don't do that **** any more. I'm too old, cynical and bolshie to be on
call, work weekends, or as I did in 1997, '98, '99, 2000 and 2001, work
over Christmas. I've done my share, let some other poor sod have
McDonalds for Xmas lunch.


Dave and me work in TV production. You either work the hours 'they' want
or not at all.
