You need to do some manufacturing. I take a large fender washer that
fits inside the POS spout collar. Bore the center out to fit a short
piece of EMT. Braze the two together. Now attach a section of large fuel
line to the new nipple. Now you have the pour side. For a vent I plastic
weld a vacuum nipple into a hole on the top corner. Use a vacuum cap to
seal it when not in use.
