I use the Jet fence. Others make a simple clamp on fence of their own. As
for the other "stuff" you must mean the miter. I used mine maybe twice.

The beauty of a bandsaw is cutting curves. No fence, no miter needed. You
can always add them later as the $$ becomes available.
