Do you mean they are low (reading 100mf) instead of 820, or they are
low by 100mf (reading 700mf?)? If they are only down by 100, the ESR
probably isn't that bad, although only testing, scoping, or replacing
with tell you, and it's probably not your problem.

Low brightness can come from anywhere in a modern TV. You could have
a bad main, bad TCON, bad backlight inverters, or even a bad LCD
screen. Bad caps in the power supply can affect any of these boards,
including the backlight inverter. BTW, the model is probably
DP32746....
