A place where "you" bitch constantly about the price you pay for
gasoline and every one is likely to be exposed to a cancer causing
agent. Yeah, sounds just like paradise. Scratching head....

Add to that about 35% of the locals don't even speak English (which
you might be familiar with living in Tejas del Sur) and drive old,
smoker cars with BC license plates (that's Baja California, not
British Columbia, to you Canucks.)
