But that does not replace gasoline in range, utility, and affordability.
Those three factors have to be better than gasoline or diesel before
those that watch closely how they spend their money will consider a
switch. IMHO propane is the best alternative so far as it has been in
use for decades and the change over is doable on most any vehicle.

So far gasoline/oil and its vast abundance will be the low price leader.
Because the price is dedicated to us there is no reason to believe
that an alternative fuel will not also have its price dictated to us.
