No, but there's a 3 foot height difference, minimum, between the
forehead and leg. *20' really isn't much distance, either. Follow your

What kind of self-respecting perp would duck when he's holding a
shotgun? *He'd turn, thinking to shoot the guy with the gun.


The shotgun ws not loaded. So the robber was of questionable sanity to
begin with.

Getting caught with a loaded shotgun probably gets you more time in
the hoosegow than getting caught with an unloaded one. He probably
wasn't entirely insane.
