What kind of 'panel'?
May not be elegant but use an RJ11 wall plate for like a buck or two.
I'm not much good at cutting square holes in panels ;-)

Can wall plates be had in black?
carve the hole with a dull jack-knife and a nailfile.
Or a hot X-acto knife, or even an X-acto saw.
