It doesn't take much of a "tug tractor" to move even a fully-loaded 53'
trailer. The big deal is tongue weight. Build yourself a 5th-wheel dolly
to go under the front, good for a working load of at least 60Klb, and you
could move them with block-n-tackle if necessary.

Just make sure nobody puts a kingpin lock on one without leaving you the
key.

Lloyd, I think that this is the stuff that I can figure out. I mean,
if someone leaves an unpaid-for parked semitrailer, I have plenty of
time to deal with it.
