No-one is going to suffer from passive smoking outdoors. Annoying,
possibly. But then so are lots of things neighbours do.

True. I have always been fortunate in not having near neighbours but I
am downwind from the local allotments and a stable who burn (smoulder)
their bedding.

I suspect smokers may become defective in the sense of smell dept. (no
offence intended to TMHM:-)
