I think they decoupled OE from IE and went to windows mail in Vista.
I'm using IE8 on XP pro on the business machine.


OE was NEVER part of Internet Explorer; OE has nothing to do with IE. They
are not related or connected in any way.


They aren't? I thought both of them are Microsoft products?
