I could understand forgetting to turn off his cell but to TAKE the
call??? Nope, that's a deal killer.

Well, without explanation anyway. If an otherwise okay person took a
call because his kid or wife was in trouble, I'd not think less of him
or her. Just because I'm (potentially) their boss, I don't expect them
to forsake all others...
