Default How to measure small holes eia .01 - .1" ??

If you really want accurate measurements for what you are doing you will
set up some test equipment. Take a plastic jug with the bottom cut off
and a fitting you can screw the jets into in the cap. Then fill with
water and time how long it takes to run out thru the jet. If you have
time measurements for .01" and .015" you should be able to determine
with reasonable accuracy any jet size in that range since the time to
drain a known amount of water will be linear with the size hole.
