locations

With walls open its time to make all upgrades, since you can get more
rent for a modern good looking apartment, and better tenants

I agree , but all the apartments were redone in 07 to like new, so its
really a pain in the ass this job.

Gutted to the studs and rebuilt out ?

Refinished floors, painted walls, redid kitchens ?
