useless today, except for the carnage it causes

actually,the Second Amendment may be needed again,to restore the
Constitution per the Declaration of Independence.
(the part about "to alter or to abolish")

the way the Democrat-controlled Congress was ignoring the Constitution,and
their plans for the future may necessitate a 2nd Revolution.

SCOTUS hasn't been much better,recalling the Kelo ruling.
