I believe you're correct about everyone being in the tax system, not only
do
the rich have to pay more but EVERYONE has to have SOME skin in the game,
even the working poor need to pony-up. Can there be meaningful cuts in
spending with the sheer number of people addicted to social programs?
These
programs HAVE to be ruthlessly cut. But politicians are notorious for
spending more than revenues. There should be strictly enforced balanced
budget laws and term limits.

What about other people being addicted to the gov't teat? Look at the
number of useless alphabet agencies operating right now. Look at the
hundreds more OhBummer wants to add for the healthcare rape. I'm
afraid that it's way past time for a really ruthless paring of the
extraordinarily bloated, wasteful gov't, one way or another.
