they are non profit. My old computer club was read the riot act for
tossing a couple dead, five year old Commodore 64 computers, instead of
selling them for scrap.
Yep. When my wife and I were co-presidents of the TPA, we had a
lawyer on the board just to make sure our 501(c)3 filings were done
correctly.
