I remember a story about "Scandinavian" countries. There was a natural
disaster, a storm, or something of sorts. Dormitories were set up in
schools. Food and everything was provided.

NO ONE WOULD GET UP AND MAKE COFFEE. Coffee was there, urns were there.
They were all waiting for some governmental agent to come along and do it.
When you are purposefully training people to be stupid, what is the
expectation?

The expectation is, " Wait, wait. You're much to stupid to do that for
yourself. Making it yourself is dangerous, and you MUST wait until some
$200,000 a year plus benefits government worker lackey comes to take care of
your sorry pathetic bum."
