I don't. But if you were a reasonable person, instead of a knee-jerk
mudslinger, you'd remember that Deming also espoused all kinds of
"magic" process enhancement methods that depended upon building weird-
mentality societies within a company, and a sort of mass-hypnosis to
accomplish.

One should use the good parts of a method and discard the junk. The
Japanese did. You apparently didn't.
