common use there - and much of the phrasing is not standard American.

It has an identical feel about it to the outpourings of the
leftpondian fanatic who posts stuff here about (lightening) surge
arrestors, which is totally inappropriate to the UK power distribution
system. Who continues nevertheless as if he was totally oblivious of
the existence of the rest of the world bar the USA.

IOW As everybody knows everybody everywere does everything the
