Default Surprisingly simple push-pull driver

Values for about 50mA peak output. Idle current around 5/10mA. Yes, it
really is push-pull.

With the 150mV saturation voltage, this is great for driving logic level
complementary MOSFETs. They make some lovely SO-8 (and smaller)
transistors that'll do 5A easily.
