Would be great to make one like this.

A real pig roaster is made out of a fuel oil tank cut so you have a hinged cover. Then
you have a couple propane burners protected by a couple discs from a farm implement.

Mounting it to any sort of trailer so you can move it easy is a plus.

My coworker cooks pigs for $150 or so + consumables on the side.
