so, could you please explain the problem with this? is there any
evidence that the lease was acquired in an illegal manner? is there any
evidence of fraud or other bad dealings? I don't see how any objection
could be possible except if there was evidence of fraud

I'm sure he'd be mortally offended if someone wanted to build a Southern
Baptist church across the street from where a slave massacre happened, too.
