"experience" in foreign affairs that qualified her to be President.

Heh! No, she didn't. She was asked whether her proximity to Russia gave her
any perspective on that country.

And she wasn't running for president. If she were, and the race hinged on
how much experience or knowledge the two candidates, Palin and Obama, had
regarding Russia, press conferences today would begin with "Madam
President..."
