Its also seemingly a homeopathic glass treatment as "hydrophobic
nanoparticle pure water" in order to be pure must contain nothing
else. Perhaps his snakewater works by remembering a passing
acquaintance it once had with a friendly nanoparticle?

The explanation is certainly amusing -
