Are you sure? I've never used sodium hydroxide, but I use lacquer

Sodium hydroxide AKA: Caustic will definitely chew up nitrile.

I use gloves from a safety clothing outfit that are not effected by
solvents or caustic.

About $7-$9/doz pairs.

Cuff is above the wrist.

Big use in food processing or so I'm told.
