Yeah, I know -- and with a newer home I don't want to start tearing
into it. But I suppose I could be creating a serious mold issue in
the attic, but pulling off a chunk of drywall from the master bath
will be a huge mess with blown-in insulation.

Here's to hoping it's the nail hole!!
