Ive bought a ****load of Russian, and never had a dud. Some of it is
early 1950s.

I like my Finnish Mosin Nagant too. (it is a Finnish conversion of an
originally Soviet rifle). Who knows where the ammo was made. I am
almost completely done with that ammo anyway.
