apply in the classroom, they have limits such as board approved lesson
plans.

I don't think the school boards are in charge of what the president of

As I said, they are not in charge of what the president can say. They can
decide whether they'll listen.

His free speech rights allow him to say pretty much what he wants to -- just
like you and me.
