Look back over the last 40 years. ANY time there a was something major

If he does not appoint a minimum 1 year long committee to examine the
requirements analysis for what MAY be needed to "fix" the problems the
new bottom class is experiencing, I and many others are going to call for
him to step down.

And if he does appoint a one year committee, they take 10 years to
complete the study - and their results will be moot.
