Default disaster update (0/1)

Not bad. Called "replacement cost" but it has a string attached.
I turn in replacement cost. They pay but hold back the
depreciation on the item. However, if I replace the item they then
pay me the depreciation that was held back.
If an item is not replaced the replacement cost less depreciation
is all that I get.

Is your insurance company backing up what they said they'd do?
