Default disaster update (0/1)

Apr 9 2009 my shop burned. Total loss.

New shop amost finished. Paint touch up and some trim work.

Still have some landscaping and rebuild fence.

Default disaster update (0/1)

Not bad. Called "replacement cost" but it has a string attached.
I turn in replacement cost. They pay but hold back the
depreciation on the item. However, if I replace the item they then
pay me the depreciation that was held back.
If an item is not replaced the replacement cost less depreciation
is all that I get.
