You will have to explain where I infer anything about another vehicle.

As it happens there are speed limits that apply everywhere in the
UK.. you are not allowed to travel supersonic in mainland airspace.
If you know someone that flys and cycles at supersonic speeds then
you may name them so they can be corrected.
