As far as I am aware, if the call centre is overseas, but is calling on
behalf of a UK company, the TPS rules still apply.
Since registering with the TPS many years ago, I only receive at max about 2
unsolicited calls per year, and after having a few choice words with those
that do break the rules, and mentioning that they are being reported to the
TPS, not one of them has risked ringing again.
