I've already heard that it was developed during the end of the Bush
administration and was engineered so it wouldn't start until after Obama
was in office as a way to make him look bad. I guess it all depends on
whether one has Bush or Obama Derangement Syndrome (g).

I'm waiting for the ignorant to blame God. Unfortunately, God didn't give
