I epoxied an air hose quick-connect into the bearing on mine, and the
knockout bar won't go through that for certain. :)

Good point.. I've never used a knockout bar when the vac adapter is on, not only
because of the hose, but what would I knock out??
I guess some folks leave the adapter on all the time?
