They quite often aren't quite tall enough, so they press themselves
right up to the bowl, standing on tiptoe. No matter how small it is,
it's still in the danger zone!

so fit decent with buffer rubbers,.

I am sure MY 2 year old todger would have fitted under the current
wooden seat.
